London Fashion Week 5 day

London Fashion Week – 5 day
London Fashion Week 5 day

The final day of London Fashion week was especially for women.  Women wear was all about the ultimate wardrobe. Mary Katrantzou displayed a study in opulent 1960s interiors last season. Rouge, blood red whatever you like to call it. Red colour seemed to be the order of the day at the other noteworthy shows on the schedule. Roksanda’s silk gowns on parade at the magnificent Institute of Directors on Pall Mall and Emilio de la Morena’s lingerie inspired dresses.

These were the kind of classic pieces that would actually incite cravings for instance. The two toned putty colours wool trench above is possibly the most perfect coat. A less summery collection was in store at the Burberry Prorsum show. These will be wearable in the rainy British weather. It was definitely the most highly anticipated. Full skirts and chunky knits with high waist we want to wear it now. There are many collection was definitely something different. The trenches were there along with bobble hats.

African prints ran through the line and ’70s oranges. Some was inspiration from ’90s punk and Japanese street style. It was all about bright colours and oversized pieces. Gray used clashing colours and prints to really create a fun fashion. The girl’s hair was a teased out afro reminiscent of the early ’90s.  The collection consisted of dresses worn with shirts and jumpers, sheer shirts, crop tops and mid length dresses.
